Debby and her team have created wonderful Kentucky Derby parties for us for several years. Not only is she creative and in-tune with what her clients want, Debby is also practical and figures out the best way to make the logistics work out -- she is the whole package! Chef Debby is excellent at brainstorming menus, narrowing the choices and then creating an amazing feast. It is easy to see that Debby and her team care deeply about their work and client satisfaction. Top notch professionals!

We hired Debby to cater our romantic Valentines dinner this year and I am so happy we did!! Debby emailed me an incredible array of food choices, it was hard to narrow down but Debby is so friendly and easy to work with and we came up with a great menu on the phone. We had a sit down dinner for 18. I gave my guests a choice of 2 entrees, one beef and one fish. We finalized the menu in time for her to do ordering and shopping. Debby and her wonderful crew of 3 helpers arrived and prepped and cooked while the great bartender served our guests their favorite libations, including a specialty Valentine Cocktail. The professionally dressed servers plated the delicious dinners and the salads had heart shaped beets atop!! Debby surprised me with chocolate strawberries (nice treat)! One of my guests brought a beautiful red velvet cake and Debby served that with a delicious gelato. The crew cleaned and did dishes leaving the kitchen and bar in great shape. I have asked Debby to help me out with another event in May.....Thanks Debby

Chef Debby is incredibly talented and really brought her A game for our wedding this past May. My husband and I are foodies, and it was important to us that the food was not only great, but that there was plenty of it. (Both of us have been to or been in weddings in the past where it feels like you don't have enough to eat, and we did not want that for our guests). And, wow, did Debby deliver. Debby not only helped us create the most delicious menu, but she helped us incorporate some dishes that are important to me and my husband. She even hand-delivered us a tasting plate when we couldn't decide what to serve our guests. I mean, what?! My bridesmaids still talk about the appetizers Debby and her team created. They really are THAT good. More than the food, Debby is truly a sweet and caring person. I know we hired her to help bring our wedding food dreams to life, but I'm really happy we got to know her. I highly recommend Debby to anyone looking for a private chef.

Chef Debby cooked for 10 of us at a sit down luncheon in my house. She helped me put together a very nice and delicious menu, everything looked amazing. I will use her again.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Debby and her team. I planned a housewarming/birthday party and my other chef cancelled on me two weeks before my event. I called Debby. She told me she was booked that day but kindly recommended some other chefs. Luckily I got a call the next day that Debby was now available for my date. She sent me extensive options for appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. She helped me choose the perfect menu and catered to my guests' dietary restrictions. She was super responsive, warm and caring throughout the planning process. The food and service on the day of my event was excellent. I wasn't the only one from my party who thought so. All my guests loved each course. Debby also brought a bartender who made delicious cocktails for us. What a night! We had the crispy artichoke and tuna tartare appetizers, peach salad, lobster teaser, filet, salmon and her delicious brittle ice cream dessert. After Debby left I instantly thought "when can I have her back?" Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Debby! Don't hesitate, book Debby.

We decided to hire Chef Debby for our at home Wedding in February 2021. We could not have been more happy with the results. She was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had to re-evaluate our plans on the fly due to covid and restaurants not being able to cater. Due to this we researched local private chefs and Debby came highly recommended. I'm so thankful for this, because her food and desserts were a highlight of the wedding for us. She created a menu for us based on our conversations of what we like, guests needs, and her own special twist on what she does best. She provided professional staff, bartender and supplies, and left our kitchen cleaner than the way she found it. I don't have enough amazing things to say about Debby, do yourself a favor and meet with her to get some great insight on a special dinner party, wedding, birthday, etc. You won't regret it! Highlights from the menu (I mean, everything was incredible!): -Lightly fried artichoke hearts with garlic aoili -Ahi Wonton App -Branzino (this was incredible!!) -Wine braised short ribs (a fan fav!) -caramelized onion mashed potatoes....soooo flavorful and moist. I decided to use Chef Debby last night for my wife's birthday. It turned out great. Chef Debby arrived promptly as promised and immediately began to prepare the dinner that both she and I put together based upon my wife's favorites. The appetizers were ahi tartare in cucumber cups with a second being a delicious shrimp cocktail. A fantastic arugula and baby field green with Bosc pear salad was next. The came the main course. I knew that my wife loved lamb chops and scallops and couldn't decide. Debbie suggested let's do both and we did. The entree was wonderful. It was accompanied by asparagus and herb roasted baby potatoes. The grand finale was a yummy dessert of vanilla ice cream topped with caramel and fresh raspberries. Everything could not have been more perfect. Chef Debby cleaned everything up and left our kitchen spotless. The surprise dinner could not have been any better. I would highly recommend Chef Debby for a small couples dinner and will most definitely use her again.

We hired Debby for our anniversary. Everything was lovely. Best steak Ive had in a long time. I barely noticed she was there and could enjoy my husband and her yummy food.
